The correct clips have been on back order for months. So I trimmed down some rocker molding clips to work in their place.

It required shaving the nubs off the corners, and filing a groove into the main peg in the body of the clip. I also shaved bevels into the corners just to make it easier to slide them into the aluminum molding.
The order of operations was also different. I pressed the pegs into the clip before sliding them into the molding. And then I popped them into place in the body. They still had just enough snap upon install.
It took like 30 minutes of extra work modifying clips, but worked great!!

The correct mesh is supposed to have small rectangular cutouts that are about 1/8” wide. But those original or aftermarket panels are a bit pricey. I found some stainless 1/8” square mesh made from thick wire. It is close enough for me and super cheap.

Lowlight tail light gaskets that are flat rubber, not molded rubber or foam. These wouldn't sit right on my car, as the tail light chrome trim ring don't make a perfect seal against the body. These gaskets would flap in the breeze.

I ordered from a CIP1 and was disappointed.

This rear quarter panel- behind the door/ before the rear fender - has a fender lip that starts the right size but then tapers down to about 1/8" at the bottom.

The hole for the torsion plug is also about 1" off of its location. So off that a torsion bar wouldn't be able to be removed, defeating the entire purpose.
